Generate a free key in Google AI Studio, paste it into settings once, and you’re set. It’s the same reason we can price the app this low — you only ever pay for what the AI actually costs.

Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. Ormiko is software-only. It runs on the Android phone and Wear OS watch you already own — there's no pendant, clip or pin to buy, charge, or lose.
What's a Gemini key, and is it hard to set up?+
It's a free key you generate in Google AI Studio in about a minute. You paste it into Ormiko's settings once, and that's it — the app uses it to transcribe and understand your conversations. The AI usage is billed by Google directly to you, so it stays cheap and we never mark it up.
Is my data private?+
Yes — private by architecture. Your people, promises, facts and transcripts live in an encrypted database on your phone. The only thing that ever leaves the device is the audio or text sent to Google Gemini to transcribe it. Read the privacy details.
Which platforms are supported?+
Android first, with a one-tap Wear OS watch tile for capture from your wrist. iOS is on the roadmap but not committed to a date yet.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?+
Always. Export your entire knowledge graph to JSON whenever you like — it's your memory to keep. Cancel a paid plan anytime; you keep the free Starter tier.
